Hi y'all. As you all know I'm on vacation this week from school and I've been enjoying every minute of it! Even though I'm on vacation, today was my first real day ... FULLY OFF. I don't know if I ever mentioned before that in addition to being a teacher, I work part-time in an office too. So the last few days, I spent some time in the office. Today I didn't have to work anywhere, I didn't have to do anything, I could have ran around the house all day naked if I wanted to -- haha, well we won't go that far, but anyway, I thought I would recap my wonderful day with all of you.
~ This morning, I woke up and did some blogging!! :)
~ Then, my bestie and I went to get our nails done.

~ After our nails, we went to lunch. I had a grilled chicken wrap with mozzarella and roasted red peppers. It was delicious. I'm so mad I didn't take a picture of it!
~ We also did some shopping. I noticed this new puppy store, which made me entirely too sad.
I was really so upset to see the puppies displayed this way. My friend literally had to drag me away because I started to tear up. She said to me that she knew I would be the one to let them all loose and take them all away if I could. Seriously, I would! :(
~ I came home and read some more of Something Borrowed. Seriously love it!
~ After reading a few chapters, I snuggled up with my pup and took a nap.
~ Now I'm going to read a little more, do a little blogging, and have some dinner with my momma.

Sounds like an absolutely perfect day! I get so sad seeing little puppies in pet stores. They just want to be loved.

I love gel painted nails! Mine last forever! Have you come up with a good way to get it off though? I'm having trouble with that part after it grows out some.
I like your bedspread! I couldnt even look at the pictures of that puppy store. that breaks my heart

I saw it at Sally's today and was debating getting it - I'd have to get a UV thing too!!
