Happy Thursday friends!

Ingredients: {for 4 servings}
ice
6 oz. light rum
12 mint sprigs
6 tablespoons of fresh lime juice
4 tablespoons of sugar
club soda
4 slices of lime
Directions:
Place ice in beverage shaker then add in the rum, 8 broken up mint sprigs, lime juice, and sugar. Shake well and serve over ice in a high ball glass. Top off each glass with a splash of club soda. Garnish each with a slice of lime and a sprig of mint. Enjoy!

I first had these in Puerto Rico a few years back and have yet to find one here that I like as much!
Oooh this looks so pretty. I got a drink over the weekend and it was some sort of martini. When they brought it out, they brought a martini glass with actual cotton candy in it! And then they poured the drink over it and the cotton candy dissolved. It was cool! THe drink was SO sweet, so you could only have one really without feeling like you needed to make a trip to the dentist, but it was so good! It was from TGI Fridays!
I love mojitos! I especially love them with a twist of vanilla :-)

I've had some REALLY great mojitos and some really awful ones.
I've never tried to make one myself... I don't trust myself around mixed drinks sometimes anyways!
Oh and I have a weird texture thing so my mint can't be crushed up too much because then it goes up my straw... GAHHH

When I think mojito, I think 'summer'; it such a nice drink to have on a patio. There's a hotel in Montreal that has a rooftop bar/patio and they do an AMAZING mojito!
Now I'm thirsty ;)

I'm boring ;) If i'm out I'll order a margarita or a screwdriver and if i'm home it's a glass of red or white wine. always. boooring!! <3

I've never been a huge fan of mojitos, but maybe I just haven't had a good one! My favorite is a classic lime margarita on the rocks, white tequila, extra salt!

I LOVE Mojitos! One of my fav. restaurants here in Charleston, Coast, has a pineapple mojito that is absolutely FABULOUS!
I love them! I hate to admit it, but sometimes I just buy the mix and then add fresh mint. It's good enough for an after work cocktail in the summer!
You now have my dreaming of mojitos in an elementary school. I'm not sure that this is okay :)

I've never tried this drink, but it sounds (and looks) rather delicious. I'm a Sake kind of girl, personally. I love it hot or chilled (better chilled, I think).

My boyfriend loves mojitos, but me-not so much. I like a simple vodka 7 (vodka and 7 up with lime) or a pitcher of sangria in the summer! Mmm refreshing.
