Cheesy Baked Shells with Broccoli~
Happy Tuesday loves!

Here's a super easy dinner recipe!
Cheesy Baked Shells and BroccoliCourtesy of Real Simple
Ingredients:3/4 pound medium pasta shells1 tablespoon butter 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour2 cups whole milk 2 cups grated Cheddar cheese1/8 teaspoon ground nutmegkosher salt and pepper1 16-ounce package of frozen broccoli florets
Directions:Heat broiler. Cook the pasta according to the package directions. Drain.Meanwhile, heat the butter in a large pot over medium heat. Add the flour and cook, stirring, for 2 minutes.Whisk in the milk and cook, stirring occasionally, until slightly thickened, about 4 to 5 minutes.Add 1 1/2 cups of cheese and stir until melted. Stir in nutmeg, 3/4 teaspoon kosher salt, and 1/4 teaspoon pepper.Add the pasta and broccoli and toss to combine. Transfer to a 8-inch square baking dish.Sprinkle with the remaining 1/2 cup of cheese. Broil until golden, 3 to 4 minutes.

i'm not a fan of broccoli (or any veggie really) but i could eat the hell outta some cheesy pasta. :) and i might just do that.

Yum, this looks so good! I have the easiest and BESTTTTTTTTT mac and cheese recipe!!! yummm i wish it was healthy though. Totally been killing myself at the gym to try to lose 30 pounds by my bday in august!! and p.s. for some weird reason while I was on the treadmill tonight I was thinking about how excited I am to share my story for what you emailed me about today! hahahahaha, best post idea ever!!!
