What I Ate Wednesday~

Happy Wednesday loves!  I'm linking up with one of my blogging besties, Jenn from Peas and Crayons for What I Ate Wednesday!

Here are a few meals and snacks from the past week...
This breakfast was DELICIOUS! The diner gave me so much that I could barely eat half!

I'm sure you noticed I always have wraps in these posts!  LOVE THEM!  Every Friday, another teacher and I go to The Healthy Eatery for lunch and they make delicious wraps, salads, and quiches!

I've been trying to make healthier choices.  How'd I do?  Any recommendations for healthy snacks?  Or if you have any low-fat, low-carb recipes ... please feel free to send them my way! I'd appreciate anything you have to share :)

What has been on your menu this past week?

Hope everyone has a great day! xo

I LOOOOOVE dunkins flatbread sandwiches! I have only had the egg white veggie..I need to try the sausage!

Bethenny Frankel from NY Housewives/Bethenny Getting married has GREAT recipes that are low fat/low carb (and even low carb cocktail recipes!!) if you go to Bethenny.com! I've made the pasta with chicken/veggies before and it was ahhh-mazing!

ive never tried those fruit bar things...how are they?!

HOLY CRAP, Red Velvet FroYo. YUM!! I need to find that!!! Is it something you get in a store or at a Frozen Yoghurt shop?

I also love that all but one is vegetarian friendly. Even the wrap looks delish without the chicken. You're making me hungry. Good thing its about lunchtime on the east coast

ok where do i start. Never heard of frozen red velvey fro-yo, but sounds and looks amazing. That wrap and omelet - i mean, don't have words. Yes, please. Love the special K bars - if only they were BIGGER! I could totally eat 5 of those for a snack. And for some strange reason, I don't think I've ever had Dunkin Donuts flatbread, I just never go there. So actually, that would probably be why. HA! As always, love your what i ate WED!

red velvet fro-yo.... sounds SOOO GOOD! i love fro-yo!!!
a healthy eating tip i have is to always start your morning with a high fiber or high protein breakfast. i switch between Kashi Go Lean cereal (it's kind of bland tasting but not horrible) and Kashi Go Lean oatmeal in honey cinnamon :)
having stuff like this will keep you fuller longer.
