One of my favorite places to go is
Tim's Shipwreck Diner. It's always busy, but well worth the wait! The food is awesome! Not to mention, it's in a beautiful location. I would love for Guy Fieri to come to Long Island and showcase this diner on
Diners, Drive-ins, and Dives.
I ♥ SUSHI!{Check out my last sushi post here}
*This was my first time trying a new sushi place. I ALWAYS go to AKI (see below) and decided to try a new Japanese restaurant. It was good but didn't compare to AKI! As you can see, the rolls I ordered were very basic.*
-- Rick Roll: crab, shrimp, and cucumber
-- Frence Roll: shrimp tempura, crab, and avocado
-- California Roll: crab, cucumber, and avocado
Sushi at AKI (my favorite place!)-- Volcano Roll: shrimp tempura, cucumber inside, topped with spicy tuna-- Long Island Roll: sweet potato tempura and lobster salad with chef's special sauce.-- Commack Roll: crabmeat salad topped with shrimp and avocado (I think ... I can't remember!)-- Mango Lovers Roll: spicy shrimp and crab crunch topped with lobster salad and fresh mango with chef's special sauce.-- Spicy Salmon Roll: (I can't remember this one either!)
I should note that 3 people split these rolls! HAHA!

You really do love sushi!! Haha! I just can't fall in love with it. Too mushy. Some of it is okay. What is a rainbow cookie Italian ice? It sounds kinda delicious and kinda weird.

i LOVE corned beef hash.. my fiance and i buy a can of the reduced fat kind and add in a diced potato, fresh diced green and red peppers, and onions. it makes a realllly good and filling meal! happy wednesday girl! xoxo jcd :: cornflake dreams
i want to like sushi bc all my friends do... but i am not really a rice girl so that makes it hard!
i on the other hand could eat mexican every day til the end of time and be happy :)
i love, love, love sushi. anything with salmon or anything that is spicy wins my heart!

Sometimes I like it, sometimes I don't. I go in spurts lol. It's funny because my hubby was extremely picky when I met him, and now he loves going for sushi and always asks to go. It's hard to find a good restaurant! My favourite food would have to be anything homemade. I loveee home cooked food.

And so do the eggs benedict! But watch out if Guy showcases it, it'll turn your fave little place into the busiest restaurant in town! {Ugh that's what happened to the ones he visited in my area!!}

I LOVE sushi, so good! I love anything with eel on it too. At first I couldn't eat 'eel' but a friends tricked me into having one and I can't turn away now!
I like sushi, but only the vegetable rolls :)

Sushi is my favorite favorite! I'm salivating at these photos.
Confession: I've never ever had sushi. Probably the only one in this world! Maybe someday :) And that chicken burger wrap looks aMAZing.
