A Different Spin on WIAW

Unfortunately, I didn't take pictures of what I ate this week!  But I couldn't disappoint my blogging bff, Jenn ... so I'm switching it up this week!

 If you could eat the unhealthy meal everyday and not gain a pound, would you?
If you could one thing to eat for the rest of your life and not gain a pound, what would you choose?

If i could eat whatever I wanted and not gain anything i would 100% eat every unhealthy thing in the whole world haha. but probably only for my 20s - it just wouldnt be too good for your inside organs haha.
fruit and veges are the best snacks everrr though. so i would include them in my unhealthy diet haha x

I would totally eat the unhealthy meals! It's unfortunate that the unhealthy foods are so yummy and we eat them in moderation! How can something so good be so bad for you? It's not fair!

If I didn't gain a pound AND have no health issue AND could eat the same thing over and over again, it would definitely be crab legs with garlic butter - YUMMY!

Haha I love this....I definitely need to work ont he healthy ones! Your blog just makes me smile. And if I could eat one unhealthy meal for the rest of my life and not gain anything (and not croak)...I'd chose...pizza. Yup. Definitely.

i just look at oreos and my hips get wider. ugh!! i wish i could eat ice cream and gain nothing :)

I eat oatmeal everyday...I actually really like it! But Cheeseburgers are amazing

I love this post :)
I eat healthy because I want to regardless of whether or not I gain weight. Oatmeal is a staple in my diet. But I wouldn't mind having an oreo cupcake everyday either :D

merrrrr why does the unhealthy stuff always look the best!?

I am a firm believer that you CAN eat like crap, but just work out! (i tell myself this everyday lol..and try to stop myself from digging into cereal boxes and bags of chips)

I love food. I just CANT HELP IT!

and guacamole? YUM

Well, pancakes and guac are hardly UNhealthy :D And while I love the occasional unhealthy meal, I also really enjoy the taste and feel of the good stuff. I like my current balance of mostly healthy with some enjoyable junk splurges :)

Wow, that is some good looking food right there on both sides! I honestly don't think I would eat the unhealthy food. I notice such a difference in the way I feel when I eat healthy vs. unhealthy- I feel so weighed down and lethargic eating greasy foods! Great post!

what a good idea! what i would eat! you're healthy choices looks soo good with all that fruit! i have really been on a fruit kick! but of course the unhealthy looks realllyyy good too! haha

I LOVE your take on WIAW. TO be honest, I'd probably choose the healthy food even if I wouldn't gain a pound, since it makes me feel better to eat "cleaner."

However, I do LOVE me some ice cream. SO I'd love to be able to eat as much as I want of any flavor I want. :)

If I could eat one thing every day it would be cake! I make pancakes every night for dessert though (in the microwave) so I guess in a way I do. I love the oreo cupcake, looks so good!

mmmm i have been craving pizza all week and this has made me crave it ten times more!

if i could eat unhealthy and not gain a pound i would probably 2-3 days a week, i still want my energy!

Yogurt is more delicious than any other desert in my opinion... :)


But if I could eat anything- it would probably be chocolate cake, for breakfast :D Yeah, my sweet tooth is pretty bad.

Yummy options! I actually am fortunate enough to have inherited my mom's metabolism and I can almost eat anything without gaining weight (except when I studied abroad in Italy, went a little overboard on the carbs then). So I've always been a pretty unhealthy eater. But I'm learning that it feels SO much better to fuel my body with stuff that's good for me rather than indulge the junk food addict in me. So I would say, choose healthy, even if you don't gain "weight." But if I HAD to choose something unhealthy to eat forever it would most likely be a grilled cheese sandwich, or some cheesy pasta dish :)

ooooh I love the duality of this! Pizza CAN be on the healthy list! it can it can! haha =) it just has to be the right kind in the right portion. or just the right portion really <3 can't help ya on the big mac though! lolol!

I don't think I would eat unhealthy even if I wouldn't gain a pound. I'd rather eat more of the healthy stuff and not gain, haha.

ummm... I go with the unhealthy list! hehe!!! I guess thats why my waist is growing and Im starving myself!!! (not really) I could probably eat cheese burgers every day for the rest of my life! YUMMMMM!!!

This is such a cool post idea! I don´t think I could go back to unhealthy eating, it was so much struggle learning how to eat helthily :)

HELL TO THE YES I would eat whatever I wanted!! This was such a good idea!! umm chips and guac are like my favorite food ever and I've never heard of moz balls, but I think I need to find some of these ASAP!!!!!!!!!! And breakfast is my favorite meal, yummm!

I would totally eat the unhealthy stuff ALL the time, with some fruits and veggies mixed in. Oh wait, I already do eat like that. Haha.

I'm so craving guac right now! YUM! I vote it's healthy...it has veggies! : )
