Layered Pizza Dip {via Betty Crocker}
Ingredients:
1 (8 oz.) container of soft cream cheese with chives
1/2 cup pizza / tomato sauce
1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
1/3 cup finely chopped pepperoni
2 oz. (1/2 cup) shredded mozzarella cheese
2 oz. (1/2 cup) shredded cheddar cheese
Directions:
Heat oven to 350 degrees F. In a ungreased 9-inch pie pan or 1 to 1 1/2-quart baking dish, layer all ingredients in the order listed.
Bake for 10 to 15 minutes or until dip is hot and cheese is melted.
Serve with bagel crisps, bagel chips, or crackers.
Loaded Baked Potato Dip {via}
Ingredients:
1 (2.1-oz.) package fully cooked bacon slices
1 (16-oz.) container of sour cream
2 cups (8 oz.) freshly shredded cheddar cheese
1/3 cup sliced fresh chives
2 teaspoons hot sauce
Garnishes: crumbled bacon, fresh chives
Directions:
Microwave bacon according to package directions until crisp; drain on paper towels. Cool 10 minutes; crumble. Stir bacon with sour cream, cheddar cheese, chives, and hot sauce. Cover and chill for at least an hour before serving. Serve with waffle fries.

dangit! we have all those loaded potato dip ingredients here...which means i can make it (this is NOT a good thing since i started a diet today...ok i always say that, but im for real!)
