Let's CURL Hair~

Hello lovelies!  I'm writing my first beauty-related post ... get excited! ;)

I posted this picture on Twitter today and got so many compliments on my curls that I thought I would share some info about the handy dandy gadget I used to make them.  And I must send a special thank you to those of you who tweeted me such sweet words, especially Jessica -- this post is for you! :)

Here are a few side views of the curls:

The picture below was taken 14 hours after the hair was curled.

The pictures below were taken the first day I got my *new curling wand*.

Yes, I said curling wand.
This is my new curling wand ...  Infiniti by Conair You Curl.
{You can read more here.}

 I LOVE IT!  It is so simple and easy to use!  I can do my whole head in about 10 minutes.
I love that there is no clamp and it does not make any marks on your hair.

 I must say that I've used the curling wand at least 10 times in the last two weeks I've had it.  I've been happy with my hair each time and did not use any products before, during, or after the curling process.   {My hair is naturally wavy/curly so that may be why my hair held the curl without any products.}

Now ... I must also mention that this wand is VERY AFFORDABLE!   I own lots of expensive straighteners and curling irons and to be honest,  I was more satisfied with this one!

On the CONAIR website, it advertises for $44.99.  I found it at Target for $29.99.  At the time,  it came with a $10 gift card so it essentially cost me $20.  I don't believe the promotion is still going on but if you keep lookout ... I'm sure it will go on sale again soon!  But if you think about it,  $29.99 is still a great price!

If you have any questions, feel free to ask!

Have you seen these curling wands?  Do you use them on your hair?

Have a great night! xo

So pretty! I might have to try it. I have so many problems getting my hair to curl because I have naturally straight hair and it's thick and heavy! I'm so glad this worked out for you, your hair looks beautiful!

I bought a mini purse size wand a couple of months ago, maybe even longer than that. Almost a year. I just kept it in its box, because I could never get it to work :( Your hair looks awesome!

My hair will hold curl some days, and other days not at all, so I often don't try because its so thick. I love how yours looks though- you have beautiful hair!

I already have very curly hair, so I have never needed a curling wand, but I love what it did to yours - very cute. :)

You have beautiful hair!! I wish mine wasn't so thick and/or wavy--I can never do anything with it.

It looks great!! I use a 1" flat iron because my hair is naturally wavy, and I want it to look uniform across my head. But I love the idea of this being one solid piece (no clip and no squeezing!).
