I'm Back and a Celebration!

Hey y'all!  I'm back from Nashville!  I arrived home on Sunday night and went right back to work and crazy busy hours!   Let me just tell you . . . Nashville was tons of fun!  It is such an awesome city!  I loved it and absolutely can't wait to go back in June for CMA Fest!   I have lots of exciting things to fill you in on and will be recapping the trip soon so stay tuned! :)

Today is also a special day because . . . my love fave, JASON ALDEAN is celebrating his 35th birthday!

Yeppp, you may think I'm crazy or already do but it's okay ;)  He is AMAZING! 

JA is such a big part of my life.  Maybe one day I'll explain why he means so much to me but until then just see me as his biggest and most dedicated fan! ;)

Off to the CRAZY TOWN

Hey y'all!  I'm off to Nashville . . . the crazy town full of neon dreams!

I'm SO EXCITED!  I can't wait!

I've never been to Nashville as a country music fan so I'm really looking forward to it!  And of course, I get to see my Jason! ;)

And I'm EVEN MORE EXCITED to meet this girl ... 

Jesslyn!!

We have the whole day planned and I can't wait to hang out with her!

I'll be sure to share all the details next week when I get back! :)

Hello lovelies!  It's time for my cooking and baking update!  I've definitely been having fun in the kitchen!  Here are a few of the things I've made along with all the treats I whipped up when I hosted BUNCO {which by the way is SO MUCH FUN!}

Umm... you'll also see I have an obsession with QUINOA!  Can't get enough! :)

. . . BUNCO at mi casa! . . .

{Spinach & Artichoke dip -- recipe below;  Red Velvet cookies}

CREAMY HOT SPINACH AND ARTICHOKE DIP

Ingredients:

1 can (14 oz.) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped

1 (10 oz.) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry

1 cup Hellmann's® Light (or Regular) Mayonnaise

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese (about 4 oz.)

1 clove garlic, finely chopped (optional)

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350˚.

In a casserole dish, combine all ingredients.  Bake uncovered 25 minutes or until heated through.  Serve with your favorite dippers.

*I used small ramekins instead of a casserole dish.
